| Existing and New Students |
Fees for each semester must be paid in advance and within the stipulated period. First semester's fees are charged as per actual credit hours, for the semester. Tuition fees are to be paid only upon receipt of the bill from the Office of Finance. The bill will be sent to all registered students AFTER they have formally registered for the courses. The fees must be settled within the deadline as stipulated in the bill.
Students who fail to pay fees within the stipulated periods will have their names struck off the University roles. A student whose name has been thus struck off but who is otherwise eligible to continue his/her candidature will be reinstated only after he/she has settled all outstanding fees / fines, and has paid the re-admission fee as applicable at the time.
Note:Please note that Admission Fee, Sports Charges and Student Activity Fund are not refunded in any case. However, Tuition Fee once deposited, will only be refunded as per the following deadline: i) 100% Tuition Fee Refund Up to 7th day of convene of classes ii) 50% Tuition Fee Refund From 8th -15th day of convene of classes iii) 0% Tuition Fee Refund From 16th day of convene of classes
Admission of candidates who are waiting for results will be cancelled if they fail to meet the minimum eligibility criteria after declaration of the awaited result. Tuition fees, if submitted, will be refunded. Students are not allowed to drop courses during their first two semesters. Refunds for dropped courses from third semester onwards are issued as per policy outlined in the student handbook. |

| Payment of Fees |
| The fee is to be paid before the start of the semester. Fee bills are enclosed in the admission letters sent to successful candidates. The last date for fee submission according to the first merit list is , 26 July 2013. The last date for fee submission for the second merit list (if any) is Tue, 06 Aug 2013, whereas last date for fee submission for the third merit list (if any) is Tue, 20 Aug 2013. There shall be no concession in the fee or extension in the due date. Partial payments are not accepted.Candidates failing to submit the fee by the due date shall lose their seats, which will be offered to the next candidate on the merit list. |

| Merit Scholarships |
| Air University will award scholarships to outstanding candidates securing admission to an undergraduate program after appearing in AU Entrance Test subject to the following conditions:- |
Candidates who meet eligibility conditions stipulated in the University Prospectus. |
Candidates who are selected through the specified admission procedure |
The candidates must obtain first and second position for each degree program with an aggregate score of at least 70% in the AU Merit List. A maximum of two candidates per degree program (first and second position holders) may be awarded scholarships |
The same condition will hold for candidates who have cleared SAT, with marks as stated in the prospectus, and are thereby exempted from the AU Entrance Test. Percentage obtained in SAT will be considered as equivalent percentage in the AU Entrance Test |
The award will cover full tuition fee, initially for the first semester |
The award will continue for the entire duration of the degree programme, provided that the student maintains as CGPA ≥ 3.50. |

| Note: The University reserves the right to discontinue the award in case of acts of indiscipline by the student, as defined in the Student Handbook. |

| The University may also utilize the services of students in its various activities. Students will be compensated financially for rendering such services. |

| AU Need Based Scholarships |
Needy students may apply for Need-Based Scholarship on the prescribed form available at the Department Coordinator's Office after the second semester onward.
The award of Need-Based Scholarship is subject to availability of funds, high performance and good conduct of the students. |

| HEC Ned based Scholarships |
HEC Need Based Scholarships are offered to deserving students, they include full tuition fee and a monthly stipend of Rs 6000/- for the whole program. A comprehensive application form along with the date for submission is available on the university website .pk) in downloadable format.
All enrolled students including 1st semester students are eligible to apply. To help and facilitate the students, the following staff is available.
